If something is missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the reported areas at no additional cost.
Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment at no cost. Within 24 hours, a $49 fee may apply.
We do not handle hazardous materials, pest infestations, mold remediation, or heavy furniture moving without prior agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
